ROY BARNHART

Broker / Owner

Roy is a Florida native and a second generation broker who has been practicing real estate in the Tampa Bay area since 1997. Over the last 24 years he has personally sold over 1,200 properties and has overseen $100 million in sales.

Roy is a dedicated REO broker who knows that team work makes the dream work! He's always pursuing ways to stay ahead of the curve through education, technology, and surrounding himself with like minded REO brokers on the national level to better serve his clients needs.

COURTNEY JOHNSON

Director of Operations - Realtor Associate

Courtney Johnson has been a key asset to our team since 2013. She worked her way up from the bottom. She is our Swiss Army Knife of production and is a utility player who is cross trained in all facets of day to day operations of BAM Realty Advisors. Courtney skills include accounting, HOA management, utilities, repair coordination, valuations, field inspections, data entry, training, marketing, and recruiting/retention.

DENNIS ROSA

Broker Associate - REO

Dennis Rosa is a New Jersey native and a highly skilled broker associate who brings 25 years of real estate experience to the table. He was a loan officer for 15 years before obtaining his real estate license in 2010. Since joining the BAM Realty Advisors team in 2015, Dennis has excelled into a top notch REO Listing Broker who still handles traditional buyers and sellers at a high level.

Casandra Crandall

Director of Digital Marketing

Casandra came to BAM Realty Advisors in 2020. She has an extensive 20 year background in print and digital marketing for a mortgage company and a large sports complex. Her background and attention to details puts our agents and our properties in the best position possible for max ROI.
